Lasso’s October OSC of the Month is Hannah Ehrenheim with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices South Sound Properties in Washington. In this interview, Hannah shares how she has seen online home sales change over the last few years and offers advice to other OSCs.
How long have you been in your role/or working in new home sales?
I started working in new home sales as an OSC in November of 2018. I absolutely love new homes and have enjoyed every part of my role.
How have you seen online home sales change over the past few years?
Over the last few years, online sales have continued to grow. Many buyers start their search online and we are typically the first person they connect with. In the last few months, during this pandemic, we have experienced a dramatic increase in online leads and buyers looking for more information online before they schedule a visit or virtual appointment. We expect the online sales program to continue being a crucial part of our sales process.
Throughout the pandemic, Hannah has gone above and beyond, setting appointments and exceeding her goals. She is our most valuable asset to sustaining our sales and keeping our new home sales team engaged. She is excellent at setting expectations to the lead regarding COVID requirements on new construction sites and meeting with the site manager. Hannah continually updates Lasso to make sure the data is correct for each lead. Her data reports to the seller have helped us retain business and create future relationships.

What are the most important tools you use in your role?
Of course the most important tool I use is Lasso CRM. I use this program daily to keep our leads organized and to keep everyone on the same page when following up. It is a very important tool for reporting and scheduling our appointments. I also use BombBomb for quick and easy video follow up!
Who are your “go-to” resources for training and support?
In 2019 I attended the Do You Convert – Online Sales Academy in Denver with Mike Lyon and Jen Barkan. It was fabulous! I learned a lot and was able to connect with other OSCs as well. I loved every part of the training!
Any tips or advice for fellow online salespeople and marketers?
Be accurate, quick to respond, and genuine!
What are your favorite activities to do outside of work?
When I am not working, you will often find me at the barn riding horses or downtown walking the waterfront with my dog. One of my favorite activities is going camping with my husband and spending time with our family and friends.
