Time is a job shop owner’s best friend. Especially during days when it seems your shop is flooded with incoming orders, you wonder how this workload will ever end.

While some shops may see the need to transfer over old data, some may not. To decide if this is important for you, ask yourself these questions:

• Is the historical data worth the extra time and money to import?
• Can the historical data be kept in the other system and used for reference only?

This program will also focus training on only the areas of the ERP that make sense for your day-to-day. For example, your consultants will likely focus on estimating, quoting, orders, and purchase orders but may leave off other modules for when your business will need to use them more.

This new process will likely shave off a few weeks, yet in return, you can better use your consulting hours for your most important business needs.

In addition to getting started faster, another benefit of the Quick Start Implementation Program is that it gives you and your consultant more focus on getting you quickly trained on the system. Leverage your expert consultant for up to four four-hour sessions and concentrate on getting familiar with the main ERP modules.

Also, this program allows you to build a closer relationship with your consultant. More focus on personal training enables your consultant to understand your business needs better and align software capabilities with your day-to-day workflows.

Lastly, we strongly recommend that this consultation happen onsite. This will allow the experienced consultant to use best practices to get you more buy-in to use the ERP across your shop.
