In January 2023, it was brought to our attention that the ECI name and trademark have been used by scammers to attain money and access individuals’ personal and confidential information. The spoofed ECI sites (like the image on the right) require individuals to register by using a code that the scammer provides.
What to do:
Do not release any personal information, ID, or bank account details before verifying your contact is an authorized ECI representative.
