What is the ECI Connect Customer Conference?
Our Connect Customer Conference is a unique, in-person event held every two years at various locations around the United States. ECI customers come together to network with each other, get product training, learn industry and software best practices, build relationships with ECI team members, get inspired, and have some fun.
Each conference allows attendees to get intensive training on their software and all business aspects, from sales and marketing to legal and HR. As an attendee, you will have the opportunity to build connections not only within your networks but also across all represented industries, including building and construction, hardware, and manufacturing.
When and where is the ECI Connect Customer Conference?
The next ECI Connect Customer Conference is going to be held Nov. 11-13, 2024, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
- November 11 - Pre-conference Workshops (additional fee), General Session, Keynote Speaker, Vendor Expo, Customer Service Center, Tech Lab, and Welcome Reception
- November 12 - Industry General Session, training sessions, panel discussions, Vendor Expo, Customer Support Center, Tech Lab, and ECI 25th Anniversary Celebration
- November 13 - Training sessions, panel discussions, Vendor Expo, Customer Support Center and Tech Lab
Who should attend the conference?
The ECI Connect Customer Conference is for you, the users of ECI’s products and business solutions, which include Bolt, BuildTools, DDMSPLUS, Deacom, e-automate, EvolutionX, Insearch, JobBOSS², Lasso CRM, LotVue, M1, MarkSystems, Printanista, Red Falcon, RockSolid MAX, Spruce, TeamDesign, and ThermoGrid. Over the years, we have built a program designed to fit the training needs of various experience levels, departments, and manager levels to help your company get the most out of its software investment. Below are just a few of the team members who will see great value in attending the user conference:
- Power users - Power users are those employees who use the software extensively and deeply understand its capabilities. They can benefit from attending our user conferences to learn about new features and best practices and to network with other power users to share tips and tricks.

What is the attire for the conference?
Plan to dress in business casual attire during the day for your sessions and sports coats or business casual attire for our Welcome Reception and 25th Anniversary Celebration. Don't forget to wear your name badge to all conference events, meals, and sessions.
Will there be an event app where I can see my agenda?
Yes, the Connect Customer Conference Event app will be released in the Fall and will be your indispensable guide to building your personalized schedule, navigating your way onsite, and finding information about the hotel, event announcements, meal locations, and more.
Is this conference open to international travelers?
Absolutely! Our Connect Customer Conference is open to international travelers who abide by regional travel restrictions and guidelines.

What does the ECI Connect Customer Conference registration pass include?
With your registration, you get:

How much does it cost to attend the Connect Customer conference?
We have a few pricing options available for our customers, which vary based on how early they register and how many team members they bring with them. Here is what you need to know:
- Early Bird Registration (May - July)
- Individual: $1,299 per person
- Group: (3+ team members): $1,149 per person
- Regular Registration (August - November)
- Individual: $1,549 per person
- Group (3+ team members): $1,399 per person
- Pre-Conference Workshops
- $399 per person
- Guest Rate (May - July) - No session attendance
- $399 per person

Does the Pre-Conference Workshop on Monday morning, November 11th include meals?
Lunch will be served as a part of the Pre-Conference Workshop that begins Monday morning.
Will there be a Vendor Expo?
Yes, we have invited all our vendors to participate. These vendors will be a cross-section of each industry, including manufacturing, building supply, home construction, office technology, distribution, ecommerce, credit card processing, and sales and business intelligence.If your company is interested in being part of our expo, download our Sponsorship Packages and reach out to our team.
How do I make a change to my registration?
Please contact the Connect Conference Events Team if you have any questions or need to make changes. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT) by phone at +1 (972) 661-6413 or by email at info@ecieventteam.com.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received on or before Friday, September 27, will receive a 50% refund. However, you may substitute your registration for someone else. If you have any questions or want to make a substitution, please contact us at info@ecieventteam.com. All cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing. You will be responsible for canceling or substituting your hotel reservation at The Gaylord Texan Resort.

How close is the airport from the Gaylord Texan?
Gaylord Texan Resort is six miles from DFW International Airport and 21 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport.
Is there a place to check my bag?
Bag check is only available for Conference attendees on Wednesday, November 13th. It is located on the Convention Center Level 3. Hours are 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. If you need to check your bag any other day, please see the bellmen in the hotel lobby. For lost and found items, see the hotel Front Desk located in the Lobby.
What is the weather like in Dallas, TX in November?
The average high temperature in mid-November is 69°F/20.5°C, and the average low temperature is 51°F/10.5°C. They say if you don’t like the weather in Texas, wait a few minutes, and it will change, so be sure to check the forecast before packing and plan for a light sweater, just in case.
What does it mean that the Gaylord Texan has a "Cashless Policy"?
The resort is cashless and accepts credit cards only, including at the front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, special events, parking, etc. Guests can convert their cash into $20 - $500 gift cards at Cash-To-Card kiosks located next to the hotel Bell Stand or across from Old Hickory restaurant.
