M&T Machine, located in Westfield, Mass., is a one-man shop that produces tooling for jet engines, regular fasteners, and medical devices. It has been operating for approximately five years and is run by Mike Vella.

A repeat job requiring material changes only takes Mike five minutes to requote, and a job with quantity changes now takes one minute. What used to be the shop's biggest pain—tracking job cards—has become a process that takes less than a minute.

Since implementing JobBOSS², M&T Machine has increased revenue by 30%. His profits have improved since Mike can now accurately quote material costs.
