Monica Wheaton joins ECIs Residential Home Construction Group

ECI Industry Update: Industry Veteran Joins ECI’s Residential Home Construction Group

Monica Wheaton has joined ECI’s Residential Home Construction Division as a Senior Marketing Manager. She will work with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth for the division which includes the MarkSystems^®, Lasso^TM, and LotVue^® solutions, by enhancing outreach strategies and expanding product and service offerings to mid-sized home building companies and land developers.

Monica brings nearly 25 years of experience working in management consulting, networking, and support for the home building industry. Before joining the company, she served as CEO of Builder Partnerships and oversaw the direction and development of the organization. She created a robust online incentive and relationship management platform to grow the company by 30% year over year during her tenure. Wheaton worked directly with manufacturers, service providers and builders to establish and strengthen relationships by leading and administering targeted educational opportunities and marketing campaigns.

Monica holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in International Business from Thunderbird (AGSIM). She was recognized by Professional Builder as one of Top 40 Under 40 in 2011 and continues to be recognized as a leader in the industry today. She is based in Lynnwood, WA.
