- Session 1 - Are you taking full advantage of your e-automate contract module? Learn how to review/audit your coding and system defaults to allow for more streamlined contract setup. Together, we will take a look at how you can efficiently manage the Contract Billing Queue. This session will also review your options on setting up automatic rate increases – both custom scheduled and pre-defined schedules. Finally, we will review some of your processing options regarding contract renewals.
- Session 2 - In this session, we will discuss all things meter related. You will learn some best practice recommendations as it relates to correcting meters and how to identify some common errors. Additionally, we will show you how to incorporate automatic meter requests as part of your meter collection process.
Inventory Optimisation
In this two-part series, you will learn best practices for managing inventory and take it a step further to explore e-automate features and automation to help you put it into practice.
- Session 1 - This session will focus on learning the industry benchmarks and best practices for inventory management. You will learn the importance of inventory control so you know exactly what you have and where it is located. We will also demonstrate how to measure inventory effectiveness, minimise obsolescence, write-offs and physical inventory variances.
- Session 2 - This session builds onto the first session on inventory optimisation with a focus on features in e-automate that optimise your system functions and automation. You will learn the e-agent automation features that will enhance productivity and increase efficiency in restocking and reordering. We will also have a demonstration of inventory utility spreadsheets for more efficient data maintenance.
Processing POs - A New Twist
Stop hand-keying your purchase orders into the vendor portal. New functionality for some vendors allows you to automate the upload of your purchase orders electronically and in bulk. During this session, we will explore how to use PO Processor and associated functionality to automate the delivery, receiving, and accounts payable vouchering of your purchase order invoices. We will cover traditional PO Processor and new functionality associated with several new vendors.
