Ben Potter, the senior vice president of professional services, is passionate about driving customer success and operational excellence.
Over the past 10 years, Ben has held various leadership roles in business development and professional services, most recently serving as the vice president of global professional services for Everbridge, a leading software company focused on critical event management and public warning solutions. Under his leadership, Ben's team developed and deployed processes to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction, drove significant revenue growth, and accelerated Time-to-Value and product adoption across all customer segments through revamped offerings.
Outside work, Ben and his wife enjoy hiking the trails in their hometown of Smithfield, R.I., especially if they can bring their trusty companions—Hank, an eight-year-old English Bulldog, and Sprout, a four-year-old pitbull/lab mix. Ben has a love for leadership and military history, which stems from his parallel career in the Rhode Island Army National Guard, where he has been serving for just over a decade. He currently holds the rank of Captain in the 1st Battalion, 103D Field Artillery Regiment, RIARNG.
