Senior Vice President, Global Support
As Senior Vice President of Global Support, Marlene is responsible for ensuring our global customers receive the highest level of support and guidance. She is passionate about supporting purpose-built software that positively impacts customers’ lives.
Bringing over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Marlene has a wealth of expertise in building and leading customer-centric support organisations at notable companies like Salesforce.com, Zuora, and Vlocity. She holds an undergraduate degree in computer science and applied mathematics from Colgate University, as well as an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Her innovative approach, strategic leadership, and dedication to customer service and team support have earned her recognition on the 2023 "Top 23 Most Influential People in Customer Service" and "Women We Admire: Top 50 Women Leaders in Austin" lists.
Outside of work, Marlene enjoys hiking, yoga, pilates, and swimming. She is deeply committed to community engagement and volunteering, particularly with local schools, church activities, and kids' sports teams.
