As Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Rachel ensures that implementation and ongoing usability experiences create raving fans for both customers and team members. Her motto is to give the customers what they need when they need it, and how they need it.
Rachel is an experienced leader across various ERP platforms and industries, giving her a clear understanding of customer wants and needs at each step of the product lifecycle. Having held frontline and leadership roles for System Software Associates (SSA), JobBOSS, Kewill, Exact Software, and now ECI, Rachel leads her team by example.
Rachel has a Business Management degree from Rasmussen Business College. Outside of work, you will find her doing just about any activity possible. Time with her daughter Kylie, family, and friends, riding ATVs, snowmobiles, and jet skis, fill her need for speed. At the same time, golf, trap shooting, bowling, go-kart racing, and playing Horse on the basketball court allows her to channel her competitive nature.
