JobBOSS² allows you to use our built-in accounting or sync to your Quickbooks (desktop or online). Our built-in accounting has cash flow integrated into the general ledger. You can incorporate payroll, AR, and AP into your cash flow. The general ledger module includes journal entries, trial balances, income statements, general ledger summaries, cash flow analysis, and audit trails. With the sync to Quickbooks, automatically sync your invoices directly into QuickBooks, eliminating the need for double-entry and mistakes. You can either use our Real-Time sync, which automatically re-creates the invoices from JobBOSS² into QuickBooks, or you can run the batch process. Multi-currency and multiple-currency codes can be set up with different bank codes.

We integrate with many 3rd party systems; some are through API, and some are via flat file. Some popular integrations include Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, NET1, CADLink, Alora, and KnowledgeSync ITC (ask your ECI representative for the full list). We can talk with our custom development department to build custom apps and reports if we don't have a built-in integration. Additionally, JobBOSS² has a publicapi so you have the option to create your own integrations.
