• More automation. Look for NLP-powered intelligent assistant technologies to team up with many of your employees in completing daily tasks more quickly and efficiently. They may also be able to make data-based recommendations for decisions and actions as your employees work.
• More powerful and human customer service features, including AI-powered chatbots that really do understand and satisfy consumers. Imagine frustrating time-consuming phone menus becoming ancient history and chatbots that can assist humans to resolve complex customer service issues.
