Ground Transportation
The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is about six miles away from the DFW International Airport and 12 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport. Once you land, you can get around via:
- Ride Share - Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available options for getting around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Car Service - You can reserve a car service to help get you to/from the airport, by reservation. Please call 817-778-2400 to make a reservation.
- Car Rental - To reserve a rental car at a discounted rate, contact Avis at 1-800-331-1600 (refer to AWD# K080200). You can also use this code when reserving a car online via www.avis.com.
