As Chief Information Officer, Brian Hildebrand is responsible for developing and implementing ECI's comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing the organisation's entire technology infrastructure, and ensuring that ECI’s IT infrastructure remains at the forefront of innovation.
Since joining ECI in 2015, Brian has been instrumental in shaping the company's IT and cloud capabilities and driving significant technological advancements. His key achievements include virtualising server environments, reducing deployment times from days to minutes, and building a robust global cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. Brian's 20+ years of experience in disaster recovery, high-availability systems, and acquisition integration continues to enhance ECI's reliability, security, and scalability.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Illinois University and currently resides in Collinsville, IL with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. Outside of work, you will find Brian playing outdoor sports like golf and fishing, spending time with family, or cheering on his daughters at their sporting events. He also serves in several ministry opportunities with Bethel Baptist Church and participates in mission trips locally, nationally, and internationally.
