Michael "Todd" Sanders
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Todd oversees all aspects of finance, including accounting, tax, treasury, debt relations, and planning and analysis. He joined ECI as CFO in June of 2021.
Todd brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience to ECI. He has held various senior roles during his career, including CFO, VP Finance, Controller, Financial Reporting, and Sales Operations. Most recently, Todd served as the CFO of Planview, a global enterprise software company specializing in portfolio and work management solutions. He successfully led the company through a $1.6 billion exit, made operational improvements that led to better gross margins, and managed post-merger integrations for two acquisitions. He has also held senior positions at public and private high-growth software companies, including SymphonyEYC, Aldata Solutions, Retalix USA, and StoreNext Retail Technologies.
A native of Shreveport, Todd received a Bachelor’s of Finance from Louisiana State University of Shreveport. He is a CPA in the State of Texas. Married for more than 20 years to Sharee, they have two children—Olivia and Grant. The family lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and enjoys traveling and watching movies together. Todd is passionate about LSU sports (Geaux Tigers!) and likes fly fishing and golf.
