Both stock and order-driven purchasing
With Ridder iQ Essentials, you can easily manage the purchasing process. If stock shortages are looming, a minimum stock level can be set per item. When the stock falls below this level, a purchase requirement will be automatically generated. Ridder iQ Essentials also offers the capability to purchase materials based on orders and it is fully compatible with material picking processes.
Pre- and post-calculations
At any given moment, Ridder iQ Essentials can display the status of a specific order. It's very easy to perform a post-calculation, and this post-calculation can also be used as a pre-calculation for any new orders. For each order, booked hours, used materials, and outsourcing are immediately visible. This provides you with real-time insight into both pre- and post-calculation.
Optimising screens
Within Ridder iQ Essentials, every user is free to arrange screens. As a result, each user can determine in which screen they see specific information at the company, role, and user levels. The strength of Ridder iQ Essentials lies in the fact that it is delivered as standard with a number of predefined, role-driven screens. For entering an order that also requires production or assembly, the flow is naturally different from an order that only involves selling spare parts.
