Mark Goldman

Implementation Specialist

Mark Goldman, a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, began his office furniture career in the mid-1990s, as VP of Operations for a contract office furniture dealership. He joined ECI as the Furniture Program Marketing Associate in March of 2001 and was promoted to Product Manager in April of 2005. In 2019, Mark transitioned to Implementation Specialist; he provides consulting and training to furniture dealers who use ECI’s software and technology solutions.

Janet Elman

Implementation Specialist

Janet Elman provides ongoing training and guidance to TeamDesign customers. Her role includes maintaining all the TeamDesign “cloud” servers. Janet has an extensive background in the contract furniture industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience to TeamDesign and our customers. In her free time, Janet loves to cook, read, and ride her motorcycle.
