During Jerry's time with Global he was responsible for working with all global locations to achieve service operational benchmarks and a 52%+ company wide service GP. Prior to his career with Global Imaging, Jerry spent 10 years at Xerox Corporation and was a VP of service in the independent dealer environment.

Jeff has 30 years of experience in the Office Imaging Industry. His area of expertise is driving service operational efficiencies and maximizing profitability. In addition, he is currently focused on developing the PIVOT Business Analytics Platform to help dealers identify the areas they can invest their time to achieve maximum business results.
