Paul Weckerly

SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, PWSC

Paul Weckerly is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary overseeing PWSC’s risk management operations. With industry experience in construction defect litigation, risk management and operations, Paul is well-known and highly regarded in the industry. He began his career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP where he served as a litigation associate, helping to manage class action lawsuits and defending challenges to land entitlement projects. From there, Paul worked for two of PWSC’s big builder customers, Standard Pacific and CalAtlantic. At Standard Pacific, he began as the Vice President & Associate General Counsel managing all risk, from construction defect and employment issues to business disputes. Then, Paul was promoted to National Vice President of Operations, where he ran national construction, purchasing, and process improvement. With expertise across nearly all aspects of the value chain, Paul is a thought leader for the organization and understands the strategic challenges that builders of all sizes face.

Roger Langford

Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, PWSC

Roger oversees all functions and personnel related to PWSC’s overall Marketing and Signature Warranty product sales. Roger has been with PWSC for 19 Years and was formerly the Southeast Regional Director serving Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida where he continues to partner with home builders providing best in class risk management programs. Roger has been a NAHB National Director, a standing member of the NAHB Sales & Marketing committee and a member of the NAHB Society of Honored Associates. Mr. Langford has served as the Associate Vice President for the Home Building Association of Richmond. Additionally, Roger was named 2015 HBAV Associate of Year. Roger speaks across the country in the home building community about risk management and warranty challenges that home builders face in the ever-changing and sometimes challenging residential space.

Lindsay Tingler

Director Business Development, PWSC

Lindsay oversees all functions related to PWSC’s strategic relationships with insurance companies and other industry partners. Prior to joining PWSC in 2020, Lindsay held a variety of roles in construction in risk management and insurtech. In her short time with the team, Lindsay has facilitated new relationships with insurance carriers that have led to premium incentives for PWSC builders. She has also spearheaded efforts to introduce new warranty products for property developers and property managers. Lindsay maintains her Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist designation through IRMI and received her MBA from Salem University in West Virginia.
