ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, today announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year. The company also received three 2020 Stevie American Business Awards®, which recognize both its innovative technology suite and August 2019 rebrand efforts.
The Great Place to Work results are based on extensive ratings provided by employees via anonymous surveys that are administered by Great Place to Work’s team of independent analysts. According to the survey results, ECI employees—who span 23 office locations in 7 countries around the globe—feel valued; greater than 95% of the employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of race and sexual orientation, and 90% of employees feel that people at ECI care about each other, new hires are made to feel welcome and employees understand how their individual actions impact the company’s goals. Additionally, in a recent internal employee survey, 98% of ECI staff responded that they have confidence in ECI’s approach to managing the COVID-19 pandemic successfully. ECI has continued to make their employees feel valued and safe while transitioning to a 100% work from home workforce through activities such as circulating daily company newsletters and inspirational videos from the executive leadership team.
In addition to focusing heavily on company culture and ensuring employees feel connected, ECI also spent the majority of 2019 working on a rebrand to ensure the company’s outward appearance reflected its internal successes and position in the broader business management software market. The rebrand—which was officially completed in August 2019—involved a new logo, a brand cohesion initiative across all business units and products and a new website. As a result of those efforts, ECI was recently honored with a Bronze 2020 Stevie American Business Award for Brand Renovation of the Year.
ECI was also recognized by the American Business Awards for its innovative product suite. The company won a Silver 2020 Stevie American Business Award in the Cloud Application/Service category for DDMSPLUS®, ECI’s cloud-based ERP software for small office products and furniture dealers. DDMSPLUS was awarded the Silver Stevie for its technology-driven integrations with Acsellerate Sales Intelligence and customer relationship manager (CRM), which provides customers with reporting and analytics capabilities, and Clover, which offers users purchase order transmission, advanced shipping notices and electronic invoicing. Additionally, ECI’s data visualization and analytics platform, Cognytics™, was named a Bronze 2020 Stevie American Business Award winner in the Data Visualization Technology category. The platform—which is embedded into ECI’s Acsellerate, MarkSystems, DDMSPLUS, Red Falcon and TeamDesign platforms—democratizes analytics and business intelligence for small businesses.
“I am incredibly proud to be part of a team that has been nationally recognized for not only its dedication to its employees, but also to the broader software market,” said Ron Books, CEO of ECI. “ECI’s core values are built upon recognition, encouragement, collaboration, innovation and community—and we strive to uphold those values in every action we take, both within our own culture and when interacting with customers. These award wins are a testament to that, and I applaud the team members whose contributions led to such significant recognitions.”
