Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer at ECI Software Solutions, Riz oversees customer success. He is passionate about collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and creating "customers for life."
With more than 20 years of experience leading global, customer-facing teams, Riz served as senior vice president of global services and support at Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management and national public warning software solutions, where he launched its customer success function and orchestrated its customer journey.
Riz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Harvard University, and lives in the Boston area. He is married with three children and loves to spend time with his family, traveling, running and playing soccer and basketball.
