Course Overview
This Lasso for Online Sales course focuses on providing education on how to leverage Lasso to be an effective and efficient Online Sale Counselor (OSC). In this course we will review basic Lasso structures and functions, give you the knowledge and skills to manage leads easily and quickly within Lasso, and prime your company for growth.
This course is for Online Sales Counselors who are new to the role, new to their company, new to using Lasso, or need a refresher on best practices.

- How the OSC role fits with the onsite sales team
- Appointment management
- Creating effective OSC email templates in Lasso
- Crafting effective follow-up plans and workflows and how to enter those into Lasso

- How to leverage Lasso to manage your time and increase efficiency
- Resources for professional growth and development
Prerequisites
- An active Lasso user account with Client Admin and Project Admin permissions is required for this course.
- It is recommended that only one person utilizes each reserved seat as there is a progress tracking per user that applies to the classes.
- All regular materials for the course will be provided digitally.
- Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for Lasso University Online Sales Excellence.
- This is a fully virtual course that will allow you to complete it at your own pace. You will have access to this course for two months from the date of registration..
